Copy and backup DVD
As DVD/video media converter suite, Leawo Video Converter Ultimate could help you easily copy and back up DVD movies to computer or blank disc with high quality. It supports Full Movie, Main Movie and Custom Mode backup modes for diverse needs.
Step 1 : Add source DVD
Go to the "Copy" tab, and then click the "Add UHD/Blu-ray/DVD" button to import source DVD files from disc drive, computer folder or ISO image file for backup. You can also choose to directly drag and drop source DVD files.
Step 2 : Set copy mode
After loading source DVD, Leawo Video Converter Ultimate offers 3 different Copy Modes for you to choose: "Full Movie", "Main Movie", and "Custom Mode". Choose one according to your needs and then select subtitles and audio tracks. At the bottom let corner, select output DVD disc type from DVD-9 and DVD-5.
Note: “Full Movie” mode means to copy the entire source DVD file; Main Movie” mode means to copy the main movie title from source DVD file, by default the longest title but allowing you to switch to another; Custom Movie” enables you to freely select title(s) from source DVD file for backup.
Step 3 : DVD backup settings
Click the green "Copy" button. On the popup sidebar, complete more DVD backup settings in the "Copy to", "Disc Label" and "Save to" options. "Copy to" option allows you to copy DVD to folder, ISO file or/and DVD disc. It allows multiple choices. Set output DVD backup name in "Disc Label" and output directory in "Save to".
Note: To copy DVD file to DVD disc, you need to insert a blank/erasable writable DVD disc into the DVD drive. If you only get one DVD drive and would like to copy DVD disc to blank DVD disc, you could firstly copy DVD disc to ISO file and then copy the ISO file to DVD disc.
Step 4 : Start copying DVD
Click the "Copy" button at the bottom of the sidebar to start copying DVD files for backup
